• A solution is constructed with the desired forecasting modules: AleaHourly, AleaMid, AleaPlan and AleaPrice.
• The Database is compact and robust. It consists of a set of files that can store unlimited number of records.
• ADA (Alea Data Analyzer) facilitates data manipulation and analysis. It provides advantages to traditional editors such as Excel.
• The Updating and Filtering Data module updates the database through intelligent automatic filtering algorithms.
• Data is internally manipulated using Time-Series Language, a language developed in AleaSoft for the internal manipulation of data. This module is used by experts in the development of new models.
• The Backtesting and Modelizer modules are used by experts in the development of new models.
• The Model Management module facilitates the generation of macromodels: interrelated multiple models.
• The configuration through Plugins, which use XML files, allows an easy customisation and evolution. They can be added or removed depending on the particular needs: inputs and outputs, calculations, filtering, reporting etc.
