OMEL market model is operative since 2001 and the Powernext model is developed since year 2007. Forecasting models for other markets in Europe are in development.

• Models already available in AleaSoft (such as OMEL) are easily implemented. Only data integration and requested adaptations are done.
• Integration: The solution is installed implementing the input data feeding from internal and external sources.
• Adaptation: The solution is flexible and can easily be adapted to the user needs: new functionalities, new modules, reports, inputs and outputs etc.
• We can also develop models of other markets following a process of particular modelling:
• Modeling: The forecast models are developed by AleaSoft specialists. The model selection is done using AleaSoft own modelling tools, based on Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks and Statistics.
• The explanatory variables to be included in the modelling process depends on data availability in each market.
• Maintenance and support: We offer different support options according to the particular needs: basic support for the solution, remote maintenance of models and reporting services.
